Directions to make Thandai in steps

Steps

  • Take the all ingredients "For Grinding" in a dry spice grinder and ground them dry to make fine powder and keep aside.
  • Take a large bowl, add milk into the bowl and mix well.
  • Now add the ground powder into the milk & mix altogether well, cover the bowl and keep inside the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Remove the bowl from the refrigerator after 2-3 hours, add powdered sugar and mix again well.
  • Strain the mixture through a sieve, add  saffron and mix well.
  • Serve chilled.
