Preperation steps for Easy Healthy Mango Banana Smoothie

  Soak the nuts at least for an hour. After 1 hour, peel the nut if there is any skin. Otherwise, add it  directly to the blender.

  Wash the mango thoroughly, peel it, and chop the flesh.

  Peel the banana and cut it into medium-sized pieces.

  Now in the same blender, add chopped mango, banana, oats, yogurt or milk, and flaxseeds (optional), and blend everything together for 1 minute.

  Pour the smoothie in a serving glass, add some chopped nuts and fruits on top, and enjoy.
